NC-NIK is a statewide collaborative of food-based business incubators. Every kitchen shares the common goal of helping entrepreneurs launch and grow their food-based businesses. NC-NIK fosters collaboration and best-practices amongst various shared-kitchen incubators across the state, particularly those in rural and underserved communities.
