Our mission is to foster collaboration and best-practices among the many shared-kitchen incubators across North Carolina, particularly those in rural and underserved communities.

"NC-NIK has been a fantastic resource. I've found colleagues that are dealing with the same challenges I face as the manager of a shared kitchen and they are always available with great information and suggestions."

Who We Are

The NC Network of Incubator Kitchens supports and promotes the growth and development of emerging food-related businesses particularly in rural and underserved areas of North Carolina. NC-NIK does this by working with shared kitchens, incubators, educational institutions, and other community support groups to educate and support organizations serving food entrepreneurs and small food businesses across the state.
