North Carolina is home to kitchen incubators from the mountains to the coast. This network provides food entrepreneurs across the state access to the resources and support they need.

The NC-NIK is comprised of incubator kitchens from across the state of North Carolina. Each NC-NIK kitchen is different - from urban to rural, from large to small. But, we all share the common goals of helping entrepreneurs grow food-based businesses.
